Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage platform users, profiles, roles, and permissions, as well as create data extensions, segmentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Support the development of Marketing Cloud Personalization components such as templates, content zones, and third-party integrations
  • Collaborate on identifying triggers and devising solutions
  • Lead the implementation of multi-channel journeys across email, web, ad, and app platforms
  • Ensure data cleanliness from various sources and develop integration workflows to support marketing initiatives
  • Design and implement robust code to enhance platform reliability and scalability
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues and risks as needed
Requirements for Success:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Developer
  • Experience with integrating and implementing various Salesforce marketing technologies on a global scale
  • Proficiency in setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization templates and utilizing SQL and AMPscript languages
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, functionality, and architecture
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in Direct to Consumer marketing
  • Knowledge of data modeling, querying, and web technologies like HTML5, CSS, and Javascript
