Job Description

Lead the DMPK Business Development team in the United States, driving strategic growth.Identify, qualify, and engage customers, particularly key decision-makers at senior management levels.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Company's capabilities and services, highlighting their potential benefits to target customers.Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, regularly reporting progress to management.Coordinate and facilitate customer visits to showcase services and capabilities effectively.Conduct industry-specific market research to uncover potential new customers and stay updated on industry trends.Actively participate in industry trade shows and related promotional activities to bolster the Company's presence and reach.

The Successful Applicant

A Ph.D. degree in a scientific discipline within the industry is highly desirable.Technical expertise in DMPK is a fundamental requirement.Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in direct DMPK Business Development, ideally at the Director level or higher.Possesses an intricate understanding of the drug development market.Proven track record of successful sales in the DMPK CRO domain.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working with diverse cultures and nationalities (preferred).Self-driven and independent.Proficiency in managing direct reports and leading teams.Collaborative mindset, adept at coordinating efforts among multiple stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking proficiency, and quick learning.Thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment.Willingness to travel occasionally.Highly proficient in DMPK technical aspects.
