Job Description

As a Senior Scientist, DMPK Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams in the development of new medicines. You will work closely with scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop strategies to overcome technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute DMPK strategies to support drug discovery and development
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop strategies to overcome technical challenges
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement new technologies and methods
  • Provide scientific leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advancements in the field of DMPK

Requirements:

  • PhD degree in a scientific discipline with 3+ years of experience, or MS with 9+ years of experience, or BS with 11+ years of experience
  • Deep expertise in DMPK of cell therapies, biologics, small molecules, or oligonucleotides
  • Knowledge in PK/PD/E modeling and application to clinical dose setting and predicting human efficacious dose
  • Experience in serving on project teams in early discovery through marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to interact and conduct strategic planning with colleagues in other scientific disciplines
