Job Summary

The SAFe Product Owner Senior will operate as part of an agile team to oversee the delivery of value to customers from start to finish in accordance with customers' needs and requirements. This includes aligning Team Backlogs with the needs of Customers, Business Owners, Business Subject Matter Expert SMEs and Stakeholders. Will also function as part of the Product Management team by serving as the team's primary customer advocate and conduit between business and technology.

Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field). In lieu of degree five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION

SAFe Agilist (SA) OR SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification required

SAFe POPM preferred

EXPERIENCE

Minimum five (5) years' Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience supporting teams in end-to-end implementation.

Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.

Understanding of market rhythms, events, opportunities, threats, and changing regulations.

This position is identified as level three (3).
