About the Role:

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to be onsite in our SF office. This role will contribute to human resources, office operations, company culture, and employee happiness at Nimble Additionally, you will assist in organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Human Resources Generalist will partner closely with different departments to coordinate event planning, support office operations, and ensure a clean work space.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing processes and procedures related to core HR functions.
  • Acting as primary benefits administrator.
  • Supporting management and contributing to the operations team by accomplishing results as needed.
  • Leading people operations, and proactively contributing to organizational operations, company culture and employee happiness.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources and administration.
  • Knowledge of core HR processes: compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, safety and compliance; training, development, and retention.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
  • Goes above and beyond expectations, and is willing to assist in other areas as needed
  • Keen attention for detail

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to get to work locations in SOMA, SF and South San Francisco
