Position Overview
We are currently seeking an MEP Construction Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing and managing the successful execution of large-scale construction projects in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess 1-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
As an MEP Construction Assistant Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the management of airport construction projects.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Utilizing construction management software to track project progress.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant MEP Supervisor or Inspector within the aviation sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to interpret construction documents and apply CM software effectively.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position ranges from $38 to $68 per hour, depending on experience and educational background.
