Position: Field Quality Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC + travel to client events

Compensation: $55K-$60K + bonus, commensurate with experience

Who YOU are:

As Field Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations within an assigned region, to include, overseeing Area Supervisors. You will be the driving force in operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout your assigned apartment communities. You will successfully manage your time between recruiting, hiring, interviewing, training, payroll, conducting client visits, and overseeing of the remote workforce who supervises and services our communities. Your primary function in this role will be to ensure that nightly trash pick-up is completed by your team per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for participating in the identifying, selection, hiring, onboarding and training of Area Supervisors and other team membersResponsible for the execution of nightly service and providing on call support to the field teamResponsible for meeting with the property management team regularly to build relationships and ensure expectations are consistently being metResponsible for hosting and attending resident events at communitiesResponsible for managing cost of goods and labor in your region

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of management experienceAssociate Degree preferred or workforce experienceExperience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week: roughly 2-3 hours per dayExperience in multi-site operations
