The Brand and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for internal communications affecting culture and performance recognition throughout Werner. Additionally, they will work in conjunction with corporate communications to implementation strategies to drive brand recognition of Werner. This position will also provide high level administrative support for executive management team including activities related to customer reporting and Project management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
• Manage content and strategy for internal message boards to expand Werner culture across all regional offices and business segments.
• Monitor social media channels and Internet for mentions of Werner Logistics and discussions on related keywords.
• Assist in posting content to and maintenance of social media accounts of members of the Executive team.
• Assist in creation of social media content, including video, photos and blog posts and collaborate on innovative social media projects.
• Work on the build and development of email marketing campaigns.
• Create and modify reports for executive leadership including customer data promotional literature and new business implementation.
• Organize and maintain schedules and correspondence for executive leadership. This includes management of travel, meeting planning, managing schedules coordinating customer visits and researching company and customer data in preparation of upcoming meetings and visits.

• Ability to lead others and work as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Expert experience with various social media accounts required, use beyond personal accounts preferred.
• One to Two years of experience in an office environment required. Leadership experience preferred.
