Los Angeles, California, United States Rula Full time

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role
Rula is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Product Marketing Manager to join our growing PMM team. This role represents an incredible opportunity to help lead our efforts to bring quality, affordable behavioral healthcare to more prospective clients. The product marketing team at Rula prides itself on developing a deep and constantly evolving understanding of the audiences we serve, and we translate those insights into campaigns, product experiences, and messaging that resonate with real people.
In this role, you will be our Product Marketing Manager specifically focused on all things related to new patient growth. In addition to partnering with our in-house performance marketing, design, and product/engineering teams, you'll also work closely with our users, other cross-functional teams and our agency partners to develop campaigns and programs that move the needle. We'll be looking to you to help translate what we know about the wants and needs of our audience, into campaign briefs, creative, and assets that bring those inputs to life. You'll serve as our eyes and ears of the competitive landscape, keeping us informed and strategically positioned to ensure we're differentiated in the mental health market, and give prospective patients the best opportunity to find us.

We are as interested in your experience as we are in your abilities and potential; if you're looking for an opportunity to have a meaningful impact in the mental healthcare space, and to continue to develop as a product marketer, this may be the perfect role for the next step in your career.
