Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of customer-facing products at Social Native Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in the influencer marketing and paid social space, with a proven track record of managing products and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Develop and launch customer-facing products, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
  • Feature Development: Prioritize and define product features that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with users to gather feedback and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and communicates this vision effectively across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, measure success against KPIs, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally within the influencer marketing or paid social domain.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, paid social advertising, and customer-facing digital products.
  • Start-Up Experience: Proven ability to work in a high-speed, start-up environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with product management tools, wireframing tools, and good understanding of software development processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features.
