Job Description

Convoso, a leading provider of omnichannel contact center software, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to revolutionize the call center industry by empowering agents to convert leads faster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a product evangelist to support Marketing and Sales teams in developing customer-facing content and collateral, including data sheets, web content, sales decks, and more.
  • Help align internal teams in delivering the company's value proposition clearly and confidently.
  • Identify opportunities to support deals and help move prospects through the funnel.
  • Support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships by training them on new markets, value, personas, products, and releases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help identify opportunities to bring existing and new products to new markets, verticals, and customers.
  • Work with Product to identify new features and enhancements that can help improve customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Assist with competitive analysis and identifying how Convoso can better compete in the markets it serves.
  • Manage internal and external communications related to product releases.
  • Prepare content for promotional webinars, on-demand videos, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a product marketing or product management role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • 1-2 additional years in a content and digital marketing or sales enablement role.
  • Experience in SaaS, contact center, CX, or AI is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Self-starter who manages tasks, deadlines, and schedules independently.
  • Bring a sense of creativity to thinking and problem-solving.
  • Think about the bigger picture, yet attentive to details and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Passionate about learning and challenging yourself to improve.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Collaborative team player, ready to work and think independently.

Compensation:

The base salary range is: $80,000 - $85,000.

The base pay range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level, and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience, and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso's compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S. full-time roles and exceptional benefits, including a generous 401k match.
