MDM Administrator

We're looking for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator candidate with experience in Azure AD, Intune, and MAM, to join our team in Austin, TX

Reporting to a Senior IT Manager. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks on critical infrastructure systems to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of availability. You will be responsibility for supporting our internal systems which include Intune, IAM, Azure AD, Android/iOS systems, and conditional access policies . You will need to work with our global team to support users around the globe in a high paced work environment. In this role you will stay up to date with the latest technologies and assist with future enhancements to our infrastructure.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Microsoft Intune - Managing and maintaining our Global MDM environment
  • IAM - working with our Operations team to ensure that accessibility and authentication are maintained
  • Deploying policies and systems updates to our BYOD and Corporate owned devices
  • Providing high-level support to our employees across the globe on Android and iOS devices
  • Use ticketing system to record and track projects
What We'd Like to See
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune/Android/iOS
  • Experience managing large-scale MDM environments
  • Experience managing mobile apps and conditional access policies
  • Knowledge/Experience with patch management and device compliance
Role Essentials
  • AA/AS in a technical field or equivalent educational background. Education can be substituted with relevant work experience
  • 4+ years experience administrating Android and iOS devices
  • 2+ years experience administrating Intune/Conditional Access/Patch Management
