What you'll do:
As a Strategic Account Executive at Quantiphi, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and achieving strategic goals. You will lead customers through the entire business cycle, building and deepening executive relationships with client technology leaders in the Healthcare domain. Your primary focus will be on formulation Quantiphi's Healthcare strategy, including solutions, offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Business Development:
- Lead clients through the entire business cycle, managing the sales cycles effectively.
- Build and deepen executive relationships with clients technology leaders (C-Level, VPs, Directors) to identify and drive new business opportunities in Healthcare technologies.
Strategic Planning:
- Formulate Quantiphi's Healthcare strategy, including solutions offerings and go-to market strategy.
- Execute a packaged offerings and solutions strategy, encompassing technical sales enablement, marketing, and customer engagement.
Growth and Expansion:
- Influence the long-term strategic direction with customers, serving as a business partner.
- Understand each customer's technology footprint, growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
- Conduct collaborative ideation sessions and workshops with client stakeholders and Quantiphi team members.
Strategic Vision and Narrative Development:
- Develop a strategic vision/narrative based on client needs, from the executive/organizational level down to specific products or experiences.
Team Management:
- Lead the team of Sales Engineers & Sr. Sales Engineers to effectively sell conversational AI offerings to potential customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Consultative B2B Sales experience in selling Healthcare technology solutions
- 5+ years of expert knowledge and business acumen in the Health Care Providers domain.
- 8+ years of experience with Cloud, Data Science, and Data Analytics.
- 5+ years in a coach/player role and client-facing/account management and growth role.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentations skills.
- Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time-sensitive work environment.
- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Cloud.
- 4 years college degree OR equivalent work experience.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required - up to 50%.
