Job Description

Who You'll Work With

As a Service Operations Manager at Arista, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Arista's post-sales support services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and operational performance. Your responsibilities will include managing service supply chain partners, negotiating contracts, and implementing operational initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement key policies, processes, and methodologies within the Global Service Operations (GSO) team
  • Drive vendors to achieve Key Performance Indicators related to ontime delivery and execution
  • Manage Request for Quote (RFQ) activities and vendor selection processes
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with service supply chain partners
  • Implement streamlined executive review processes for operational metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions
  • Manage escalations and handle internal/external issues effectively
  • Ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction by providing timely and quality service
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services operations within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and client management
  • Experience in managing customer escalations and Contact Center operations
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Preferred experience in Service Logistics or Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish proficiency is advantageous
Compensation Information


The base pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 across the US, with actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, and work location.

In addition to base pay, eligible roles may receive bonuses and equity. Sales roles may also participate in Arista's Sales Incentive Plan. US-based employees are entitled to various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
