Job Summary: The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the assigned concession stand, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale of concessions, including beverages and food items, to patrons during events.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, providing correct change to customers.
  • Maintain cash drawer integrity by monitoring available change.
  • Conduct inventory checks of supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs.
  • Train and supervise stand attendants to uphold service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with timekeeping accuracy and adherence to OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, demonstrating professionalism with customers and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
