eMed seeks a highly diligent and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our corporate team as we

expand our footprint in employer, state, and federal government programs, particularly focusing on GLP-1

and Drug Screen Programs. This role entails:

Leveraging AI tools for content generation, editing, and proposal development.

Building and managing a comprehensive library of reusable materials for proposal responses.

Coordinating proposal team members from strategy through submission.

Leading RFP requirements review, Bid/No-Bid processes, and win strategies.

Developing compliant responses to employer, state, and federal RFIs and RFPs.

Writing technical, management, corporate experience, key personnel, and past performance sections.

Framing compelling, clear stories for proposal evaluators.

Editing documents for compliance, clarity, and concision.

Building schedules, compliance matrices, and annotated proposals.

Developing proof points, case studies, client commendations, graphics, tables, charts, etc.

Front end coordination with sales staff for RFP identification and vetting.

Lead the proposal lifecycle from start to finish.

Leverage AI tools for content generation, editing, and integration.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable content.

Analyze RFPs, identify bid/no-bid factors, and provide recommendations.

Prepare bid analysis forms highlighting RFP data.

Create kickoff plans and calendars.

Outline proposals according to RFP sections.

Select, use, and integrate content from eMed's library.

Work with leadership to select and edit past performances and resumes.

Populate and edit proposal volumes with boilerplate and custom content.

Prepare each proposal volume (e.g., technical, management, past performances, business).

Coordinate with leadership on business/price proposal volumes.

Edit and rewrite content to match RFP requirements.

Use and modify graphics, tables, figures, icons, etc.

Edit proposals for single voice, clarity, concision, formatting, grammar, and punctuation.

Verify compliance and conduct pre-submission reviews.

Drive quality assurance throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meeting deadlines.

Share post-bid lessons learned.

Continuously update and optimize the proposal content library.

Propose and implement process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or relevant fields.

2+ years of experience in employer, state, and federal government proposal management.

Expertise in leveraging AI tools for content generation and proposal development.

High standards for work product and deliverables.

Experience in a fast-paced, short-turn proposal environment.

Understanding of employer, state, and federal procurement strategies.

Excellent proposal and project management skills.

Experience with task order proposal responses.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Professional, and

advanced AI tools.

Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, editing, graphic design, and proposal best practices.

Resourceful with tech and AI tools.

Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and conscientious.

Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective project management and interpersonal communication skills.

Resourceful multi-tasker with exceptional time management.

Ability to work independently.
