Strategic Account Director

Location: This role is based in our NYC Office.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of commercial and support representatives with a focus on crafting and devising the growth strategy for Templafy's largest customers.
  • Execute your portfolio pipeline to deliver maximum revenue potential, early-stage funding through the application of the Enterprise Application SaaS Sales process, the MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, and Champion) process, among others.
  • Set the direction of Account Development Executives, Technical Account Managers and Customer Success working on accounts, and supervise timely execution and implementation of development plans, strategy, and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and complete complex sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Evangelize the Templafy vision through product demonstrations, business-to-business sales, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Define and execute channel partner strategies. Identify personnel resources and assign teams to meet account objectives, including interviewing, and hiring of candidates when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field, plus four years of experience in a sales occupation. The required experience must include:

  • Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Four (4) years of experience applying sales methodology such as MEDDIC or similar; and
  • Four (4) years of experience managing and growing own portfolio of accounts.

Compensation: $229,195 to $230,000 per year.
