As a pivotal member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of eCommerce, spearheading the execution of our strategies across various account types including Brick & Click, Pure Play, and Delivery. Your primary role will involve guiding Key Account teams on eCommerce initiatives, crafting comprehensive business plans, leading projects aimed at enhancing online performance, and assessing progress against established priorities.

Role Responsibilities

ACHIEVE COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES

Formulate annual eCommerce business strategies that align with both Red Bull and customer account targets for Pure Play, Brick & Click, and Delivery clients.

Collaborate with Red Bull Key Account teams to shape eCommerce priorities across diverse customer segments.

Oversee the programming calendar, which includes pricing strategies and promotional activities, while driving visibility and managing trade expenditures.

Implement marketing strategies to attract new users and distinguish our offerings from competitors.

Transform insights into actionable strategies that fulfill both Customer and Red Bull objectives.

Foster relationships with key decision-makers through regular business reviews and effective communication.

Engage in initiatives that strengthen relationships and expand account connections beyond the buyer level.

ESTABLISH CATEGORY DOMINANCE

Lead efforts to enhance online performance on retailer platforms by identifying and addressing performance gaps, thereby positioning Red Bull as a leading supplier in the eCommerce sector.

Generate category and consumer insights for the beverage and energy drink sectors to bolster online execution.

Identify and disseminate best practices to engage new online consumers and elevate the Red Bull brand across various digital platforms.

ANALYZE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Accountable for eCommerce sales and market share reporting to evaluate the impact of initiatives on overall performance.

Conduct quarterly business assessments to track progress against sales and financial objectives, providing competitive insights.

Perform evaluations post-campaign to analyze the effectiveness of promotions and visibility initiatives, identifying areas for improved investment.

Deliver insights that influence merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet business goals.

CULTIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

Collaborate with Red Bull Key Account teams to enhance eCommerce expertise and ensure alignment of business plan objectives with Red Bull's eCommerce and Key Account strategies.

Manage collaborative efforts to deliver innovative solutions in partnership with Finance, Operations, Retail Marketing, and Shopper Insights teams.

Advance the eCommerce learning agenda by leveraging new customer account capabilities and data to uncover future revenue and brand marketing opportunities.

Utilize effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about relevant eCommerce initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce account management, with a proven track record in strategic planning across teams and services.

Experience in the Beverage, CPG, or FMCG sectors is essential.

Familiarity with Digital Advertising Agencies is preferred.

Proficient in utilizing both internal and external data sources.

Strong negotiation skills are required.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $128,000, plus cash incentives.

Actual salary offers may vary based on individual work experience.
