Job Description

Dynatrace is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Support Engineer for the LMS Operations team. As a Learning Management Systems Support Engineer , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and effective utilization of the organization's learning management system. Your responsibilities will span from technical administration to user support.

Qualifications

  • Administer and manage cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Develop, update, and maintain CloudFormation templates or similar deployment automation scripts to automate the provisioning and deployment of infrastructure.
  • Oversee the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) , including user management, content delivery, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud automation, using logs and observability tools to diagnose and rectify problems promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interacting with the LMS system
  • Transfer incoming support tickets to the appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with LMS Engineering R&D to further drive end-user experience
  • Utilize the observability platform (Dynatrace) for operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Certified).
  • Prior experience in a DevOps environment or DevOps Site Reliability.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Slack, and Zendesk or equivalent systems.
  • Prior Experience with the Dynatrace Platform is a plus.

Travel Requirements

  • 25% or less travel required

Additional Information

DOE, annual salary is $100K - $125K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
