- Provide support for Teamcenter visualization, managing and resolving issues related to visualization software and data exchange.
- Install and maintain Teamcenter, visualization, and CAD applications on Windows servers.
- Drive PLM support and process improvements across various domains.
- Create reporting processes to share insights with business partners, aiming to reduce design errors and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze critical issues and communicate engineering requirements effectively.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, adhering to quality process controls.
- Configure proximity search and conduct large-scale model visualization using custom tools.
- Provide functional support for PLM and visualization software used by the engineering community.
- Perform upgrades and system patches to the Teamcenter application, ensuring validation testing is completed.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to establish best practices for Teamcenter, NX, and visualization applications.
- Document incident management and user support, coordinating with software vendors for issue resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for all engineering phases, including testing and deployment support.
- Support business readiness and change management activities prior to deployment.
- Evaluate hardware configurations based on performance and application complexity.
- Provide incident support to Teamcenter systems and product design teams.
- Support virtual validation and analysis for advanced engineering concepts.
- Develop specifications for new virtual validation methods and requirements.
- Provide functional support for new custom tools on Teamcenter.
- Identify and evaluate enhancements for BOMWriter and visualization solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
