Job Description
Qualifications
- Technical degree (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or relevant work experience required
- Proven experience in cloud administration with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform; or configuration management solutions such as Ansible .
- Strong experience in administering and managing a Learning Management System .
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot cloud automation issues through log analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals, and effectively execute projects in a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Certified).
- Prior experience in a DevOps environment or DevOps Site Reliability.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Experience with SharePoint, Slack, and Zendesk or equivalent systems.
- Prior Experience with the Dynatrace Platform is a plus.
Travel Requirements
- 25% or less travel required
Additional Information
DOE, annual salary is $100K - $125K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
