This position offers an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, intending to transition the successful candidate into a full-time employee. You will be initially shipping RSA devices to customers but once shipping responsibilities are mastered, you would move to work on customer cases.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay rate: $20.18
Anticipated Duration: 3 months with intention to convert to permanent.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
•Ship RSA devices securely and accurately to designated recipients.
•Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
•Perform physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and moving packages.
•Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
•Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
•Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking purposes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Ability to lift and move packages weighing 20-25lbs comfortably.
•Strong customer service skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry tasks.
•Familiarity with the Windows operating system and basic navigation skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus.
•Familiarity with OneNote or similar note-taking software is preferred.
