Role Description:

As a Retail Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash and credit transactions, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. We seek a personable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers warmly and professionally
• Manage cash registers and process transactions
• Provide accurate change and receipts
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays
• Receive and organize incoming inventory
• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries and product selections
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the store
• Follow safety protocols and hygiene practices
• Address customer concerns with professionalism
• Process incoming stock efficiently
