Administrative Assistant:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and professional support to the General Manager. The Administrative Assistant will be a seasoned professional who maintains poise in fast-paced situations and will be required to use independent judgment and initiative in the planning, organization, and performance of confidential and time-sensitive administrative assignments. They are responsible for close collaboration with the property's operational leads to support key business initiatives and guest needs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and organize the General Manager's schedule and related business activities via Microsoft outlook.
Coordinate day-to-day activities by managing schedule conflicts and challenges and providing daily itineraries.
Develop and maintain relationships with ownership, investors, company associates, key vendors, and property VIP's.
Originate, organize, and maintain documents pertinent to the property's operation.
Transcribe accurate meeting notes and distribute as needed.
Respond and/or direct inquiries (phone, email) appropriately throughout the property.
Arrange travel (accommodations, transportation, itineraries) for the General Manager.
Provide additional support to the guest services team as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for VIP clients, address their requests and coordinate amenities.
Review and respond to online reviews daily.
Plan, organize, implement associate engagement events and celebrations.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:Must have a minimum of (2) years related administrative experience and or hospitality customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
Availability for normal business hours, with flexibility to work hours outside the typical workday based on business demands is required.
