Key Responsibilities:
- Execute clinical, technical, service, and administrative functions
- Oversee and assess the performance of Lead Patient Services Representatives
- Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and challenges

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing
- Manage time card processing and maintain inventory of office supplies

Qualifications:
