We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Support Specialist. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to individuals in our care, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Assist with implementing residential programs, including medical transport and scheduling.
- Monitor and document medication administration, reporting any concerns or adverse reactions to the RN on duty.
- Engage in medication error reduction practices and report any actual or potential errors per facility procedure.
- Medication administration certification.
- Minimum of two years of college in a degree-seeking program, preferably in a human services field.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend hours.
