- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Formal training in a medical assisting program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification as a Phlebotomist or EKG technician preferred
