About the Role:

The SDR & BDR Manager will be a senior member of the Business and Sales Development team, responsible for enabling SDRs (inbound) and BDRs (outbound) to be successful in their roles by motivating the team and leading by example.

Working closely with the VP of Global Business Development, the BDR Manager will be an approachable, friendly resource for all members of the team.

What you'll do:

Manage a team of 3 Inbound SDRs and 7 Outbound BDRs for the North American marketBring energy and motivation to the team by offering encouragement and leading by example, ensuring the team reaches their monthly targetsIdentify and assist in the creation of team incentives, to better drive performance across North AmericaHelp to develop and maintain a sales and business development playbook with processes and best practices such as sales sequence, sales pitches, call scripts, email templates and qualification tactics to ensure efficiency and consistent conveyance of our current messagingBe at hand to answer any questions the team might have in relation to sales-technique, sales-process, product or integrationsLead 1-1s, listen to calls, read emails, and identify areas for development Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to ManagersContribute to some strategic projects for the outbound BDR TeamWhat you'll bring:2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software/technology industry in a manager capacityProven track record of success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or inside salesExperience working in the SaaS and / or tech space at a high growth scale upExperience leading a consultative sales process that focuses on outbound prospectingYou're an extremely clear and direct communicator, you aren't afraid to ask questions to get to the bottom of things, and you have excellent and engaging verbal and written communication skillsAn enthusiastic and positive attitudeYou are a big picture thinker but have the ability to zoom in and out as neededThe ability to stay calm & even keeled under pressure
