Join our small but impactful recruiting team as one of the first recruiting hires at Assembled We are looking for someone to take the lead in coordinating our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will manage and organize our recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a critical member of Assembled's recruiting team, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by ensuring seamless recruitment operations, building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career in recruiting, particularly those with a passion for coordination and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews: Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process that meets the needs of all parties involved.
  • Manage job postings: Oversee and track job postings across various job boards and the company website, ensuring that all roles are advertised effectively.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing them with clear information, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience with Assembled.
  • Maintain and improve ATS: Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and that the recruitment pipeline is managed effectively.
  • Coordinate candidate logistics: Arrange candidate travel, reimbursements, and other logistics as needed to facilitate the interview process.
  • Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Optimize recruitment processes: Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.

About you:
