Role Overview:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, screening, submission, and negotiation of offers.
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Facilitate and oversee all stages of the recruitment process.
- Evaluate applications and select suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the preparation process.
- Must qualify as a "U.S. person" as defined by the ITAR (22 C.F.R. §).
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in recruiting aircraft mechanics, assembly, and technicians.
- Proven experience in agency recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Background in sales is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in or able to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
