About the Role

Airtable is a leading no-code app platform that empowers teams to accelerate their most critical business processes. As a seasoned Go-to-Market Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scaling out our Strategic Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for various Go-to-Market teams within Airtable, devising top-of-funnel strategies and driving searches.
  • Partner with the Airtable leadership team on talent strategy, contributing expertise on market trends, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting processes.
  • Design and implement recruiting programs for your teams, enhancing our recruiting efforts through referrals drives, interview training, and recruiting marketing initiatives.
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring equal consideration and opportunity for candidates of all backgrounds.
  • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported, and informed.
  • Provide direction and support to the recruiting team, working alongside Sourcers, Coordinators, and Recruiters to drive results.
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build trusting relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, particularly in Strategic Sales.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS Sales organizations and various selling approaches (Consultative, MEDDIC, Force Management, etc.).
  • Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease.
  • Results-oriented and eager to get things done, with a thoughtful and strategic approach.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, consultative approach to building trust with candidates and teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics to inform priorities and actions.
