ROLE OVERVIEW

As a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire recruitment process for the Consulting Team in New Jersey. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including event organization, candidate engagement, and the management of recruitment logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Logistical Management: Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment activities, from marketing initiatives to candidate screening and interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Collaborate on interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside the broader Talent Acquisition team to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in managing recruitment commitments and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with candidates and campus career services to enhance the company's brand presence.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and assess data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Conversion Activities: Drive initiatives aimed at converting offers into hires.
  • Internship Program Management: Support the summer internship programs, including orientation and performance evaluations.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure that all recruitment records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree is essential.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources is required.
  • Experience in a complex organizational structure is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel during peak recruitment periods is necessary.
Skills:
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in time and project management with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical skills with a comfort level in handling data.
  • Ability to work additional hours during peak recruitment times.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
