ROLE OVERVIEW

As a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment process for the Consulting Team in New Jersey. Your responsibilities will encompass event organization, candidate pipeline management, and enhancing the firm's branding and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the planning and execution of the recruitment process, including marketing strategies, event coordination, candidate screening, and interview facilitation.
  • Interview Coordination: Co-manage interview schedules, ensuring effective communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the broader Talent Acquisition team to streamline the recruitment process across the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in managing recruitment commitments and tracking performance metrics to ensure accountability.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely follow-ups and enhancing the organization's presence on campuses.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Conversion Activities: Drive initiatives aimed at converting offers into hires, including planning and executing welcome events.
  • Internship Program Management: Support the management of summer internship programs, including orientation and performance evaluations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure that all recruitment records and metrics are accurately maintained in the global database.
  • Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects as required to enhance recruitment efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree is essential.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources is required.
  • Experience in a complex organizational structure is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel during peak recruitment periods is necessary.

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities with a strong intellectual curiosity.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, working closely with colleagues across various regions. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration, with an expectation of regular office attendance to foster a strong team dynamic and support professional development.
