We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Microsoft SSIS SQL and SQL Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing complex projects ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions and driving innovation within the organization.

This role demands onsite weekly 4 days at Cary, NC

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the design development and implementation of complex data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS.

· Oversee the maintenance and optimization of SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines resources and risks effectively.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.

· Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

· Participate in the planning and execution of data migration and integration projects.

· Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.

· Monitor and analyze system performance making recommendations for improvements as needed.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

· Possess a strong background in Microsoft SSIS SQL and SQL Server with at least 10 years of experience.

· Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing data integration solutions.

· Have experience in database administration and optimization.

· Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Nice to have experience in MSBI / SSIS Admin.

· Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary for this position is between $ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
