Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Lead to join our team at CAI. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading a business transformation initiative to replace our existing ERP system with new software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Transformation Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Develop and execute business cases to support ERP system implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
    • Act as a liaison between different parties to ensure clear communication and facilitate consensus on project deliverables.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
    • Analyze business domains, document processes and systems, and outline business requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Collaborate with testing teams to define test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on documented requirements.
    • Review and validate test results to ensure the solution meets business needs and performs as expected.

Requirements

  • Provide analysis and path forward to 20+ years old PeopleSoft ERP HCM solution.
  • Direct and actively participate in 4-5+ activity workstreams and will be associated with post RFP and implementation of State ERP System.
  • Support implementation to replacement of existing ERP solution with new ERP software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in HCM, Pension and Finance modules.
  • ERP implementation experience.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor.
