Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Valid and unrestricted pharmacy license
Desirable Qualifications:
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
- Experience in health outcomes research
- Strong skills in delegation and decision-making
- Background in clinical program analysis
- Minimum of three years’ experience in pharmacy benefits management
- Knowledge of managed care and ability to derive insights into the business

Compensation Range
The salary range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications: $123,800 - $170,400 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
