Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality ABA services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's developmental goals
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide play-based activities and special interests to help children learn new skills and attain milestones
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Child Development)
- Experience working with children, preferably in an ABA setting
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand up, and pick up children or objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle for travel between client homes
- Competitive hourly rate ($27.00 per hour)
