As a culinary supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, interacting directly with guests, and ensuring that all brand standards and specifications are met. Additional responsibilities include inventory management and ordering food and supplies, banquet preparation and executions, leading and training AM Culinary team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to brand standards and specifications
  • Interact directly with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of brand requirements and menu items
  • Prep, clean, organize, and sanitize dishware and equipment and all areas of the restaurant and BOH space

-Prepare food for breakfast and luncheon banquet events.

  • Maintain inventory and supplies with weekly ordering.

-Assist with end of month inventory process.

-Support, coach and lead AM culinary team, collaborate with PM culinary teams.

  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Work early morning hours

Breakfast Line Cook Requirements Include:

Minimum of 2 year of culinary experience
