What you'll do:
Salesforce Branch Desktop - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is designed to help accelerate our digital transformation efforts by acting as an efficient single-destination for branch teams, becoming the first thing they log into every day and the central hub of operations for their business. Accountability for the Salesforce Branch Desktop resides with the CRM Team. This team is a cross-functional group of individuals, including associates and contractors.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team whose end goal is to support our Client Relationship Management Teams. In this role you will interact with vendors and associates in a matrix organization, enhance applications, develop software and tools, and provide support and guidance to our teams.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

What Experience You Need:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience7 + years of experience in technology including experience with the following:Configuring objects/fields and building automations using flows, flow proficiency requiredLarge Salesforce Implémentation (10K + User Base) development tools and techniquesApex language, triggers, controllers, JavaScript custom development, SOAP and REST APIsApex Code, Salesforce Triggers, Controllers & Batch Process, JSON, SOQL, SOSLLightning components using LWCBuilding Components using OmniStudioUsing Salesforce's standard development tooling, including Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Salesforce Extension Pack

*Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday*
