Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Business Process Reviews, design and architect comprehensive technical solutions, engage in hands-on development, coordinate with offshore teams, and support user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects, with at least 8 years dedicated to Salesforce project implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce automation and customization tools, including Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, along with the ability to build custom applications on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Skilled in Salesforce Integration utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, capable of integrating external third-party systems with Salesforce through web services.
  • Experience in configuring Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions.
  • Familiarity with configuring DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • Proficient in using Conga Composer for document generation.
  • Exhibit excellent client-facing skills and effective communication abilities, particularly in conducting Business Process Reviews.
  • Facilitate onshore-offshore coordination for project execution.
  • Must be hands-on and prepared for coding challenges during the interview process.
