Hop Lun is a global vertical manufacturing specializing in Intimates, Swimwear, and Activewear.

We partner with some of the top US retailers and companies across all channels, such as Walmart, Target, PVH, VS, Alo and Skims.

In Q4 2024, Hop Lun takes another step forward and will be opening up a 11,000 ft space in Manhattan - a Product Lab, Sample room and Showroom to support both existing and new accounts.

We are seeking talented persons to join our growing US team

POSITION SUMMARY:


Junior Account executive with at least 2-3+ years fashion industry experience in a client facing role - either sales, product development, production or manufacturing side.

Must thoroughly understand the product lifecycle from Concept through Shipping.
Production or Private Label experience required. Current relationships within the market desired. Activewear, Swimwear, and/or Intimates preferred
Growth
Work with Head of Sales, and Category Leaders to
Manage the day to day communication with Key Accounts, including setting up calls and/or meetings.
Identify opportunities within current account base ( product or strategies)
Find solutions, persons - both internal and external partner, to ensure all opportunities, projects and orders are on time
Generate new business opportunities by outreaching to new target accounts
Opportunity to directly manage accounts under the guidance of the Sales lead once trust is gained
Assist all members of the Sales Team as needed

Strategy

Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth at the micro and macro levels , as well as within each Market, Product, and customer segments .

Identify differentiated merchandise strategies amongst key accounts

Team
Create and cultivate strong relationships with existing partners
Internally - to ensure alignment and execution for all Account orders and requests.
Externally to grow top line revenue


Train and Mentor interns/ Showroom coordinator who will be accountable forShowroom samples (organize, check in, ticket and tag); and fabric/swatch library.

Maintain/update product Gallery, Fabric library, Linesheets, and assets (images, content)
Conduct research for design, trend, brand, etc and other miscellaneous tasks

Skills

Salary Range $65- 85K (DOE) + bonus
