Position: Junior Financial Accountant - Hybrid Work Environment

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Financial Accountant:

  • Conduct financial and transactional accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage the tracking and posting of all cash receipts and collections.
  • Oversee the tracking and entry of commission payments.
  • Administer the collections process for overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with the controller to facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • Proficient with technology and eager to learn new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
