As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are expanding our content marketing team. We are seeking a creative, passionate senior content expert with experience writing content and crafting content strategies for a B2B / SaaS / SMB-focused audience. This role reports to the Head of Content. You'll be focused on writing compelling content as well as crafting and executing integrated campaigns to distribute that content to the right channels and audiences. This role will deeply collaborate with our Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to determine content and campaign needs, align them with our larger content strategy, and write content that helps meet our goals from awareness to expansion.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in writing long-form B2B-focused content, consistently meeting deadlines. You've written many published content pieces across various types, including blogs, ebooks, guides, reports, newsletters, social campaigns, and customer stories. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills — you can come up with the ideas, write the content, adapt to the right narrative, tone, and voice based on the content type and audience, and work with our creative and editorial teams to bring it to life.
  • Proven expertise in crafting strategies and integrated content distribution campaigns to promote and push content out to the right audiences.
  • A deep understanding of the concepts of the customer journey, ICPs, and personas and demonstrated experience in understanding what content is needed on which channels and how to write that content for the right audience while maintaining brand and content standards.
  • Strong project management, communication, and writing skills—you can create full content plans, manage multiple projects, share and gain buy-in from teams, and meet deadlines.

  • Creative, timely content distribution campaigns that expand the reach of our content, continuously improve engagement, and grow our audience.
  • Delivering content and campaigns against agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Strong alignment and collaboration across key teams and departments on the prioritization of content and strategies.
  • A strong focus on continuously improving, trying new ideas, learning, and adapting to what's needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute integrated content campaigns to distribute our content across audiences.
  • Write long-form content for projects, campaigns, and projects, including blogs, ebooks, reports, guides, and social copy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand goals, gaps, and needs for content to help build strategies and content plans.
  • Manage your content production calendar from kickoff to completion and keep to deadlines.
