Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong background in marketing technology and creative solutions to partner with our clients on various projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in enhancing their marketing technology frameworks and achieving significant business results. Reporting to the Director of Consulting Services, you will collaborate with our internal teams to provide exceptional services tailored to the specific requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Technology Consulting: Offer specialized advice and insights to clients regarding marketing technology strategies, selection processes, and implementation practices. Work alongside internal teams to evaluate client needs, identify improvement opportunities, and create customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Act as a reliable advisor on marketing technology platforms and tools, providing in-depth knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions. Utilize your technical skills to resolve challenges, enhance system efficiency, and ensure the successful deployment of marketing technology solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with client stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and executive teams, to comprehend their objectives and challenges. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to inform clients about the benefits and functionalities of marketing technology solutions, facilitating agreement on proposed strategies.
  • Project Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions that fulfill client expectations. Collaborate on project planning, execution, and oversight to guarantee timely delivery and superior results.
  • Ongoing Learning and Development: Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, innovations, and best practices in marketing technology and creative solutions. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing technology consulting, focusing on advising clients and implementing solutions that drive business success.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms across the content supply chain, including project management, digital asset management, content management systems, and analytics. Familiarity with automation and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to build trust and credibility with clients and internal team members.
  • A demonstrated history of delivering successful marketing technology projects on schedule and within budget, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools, including email, calendar, and shared drives.
