About the Role

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Solution Consultant team, ensuring that all team members are effectively contributing to our growth objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance of the Solutions Consulting team and to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Serve a domain expert, providing insights and advice to both team members and customers on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships, leveraging digital marketing solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the product development and technical teams to ensure that digital marketing solutions are aligned with customer requirements and feedback.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of persuasive presentations and proposals to clients that clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company's digital marketing solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to digital marketing offerings and to create new solutions that provide a competitive edge.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.
  • Ability to work directly with clients to address and resolve escalations.
