Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director of Identity and Access Management, overseeing the implementation and management of identity services and platforms.
  • Exhibit expertise in scripting or software development.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and architect for IT Engineering and Operations Management.
  • Design, implement, and assess current and future initiatives for optimal efficiency and performance.
  • Identify and resolve intricate systems issues.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of engineering standards and processes.
  • Create, modify, and implement standard operating procedures for hardware/software and system design, including specifications, control documents, and validation plans.
  • Assist management and engineering teams in evaluating, analyzing, and implementing enterprise programs and projects.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to management regarding future technology directions.
  • Perform peer reviews on complex change implementations to ensure thoroughness and minimal impact.
  • Deploy and document changes in line with enterprise problem and change management protocols.
  • Lead discussions on problem management and root cause analysis with fellow engineers and analysts.
  • Proactively identify solutions to potential challenges and advocate for simplification.
  • Act as an escalation point for high-severity issues and troubleshoot complex incidents.
  • Offer expertise to management on enhancing company productivity, system performance, and operational costs.
  • Support management in maintaining service agreements and vendor-related administrative tasks.
  • Drive accountability for all assigned tasks, consistently challenging oneself to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Lead technical teams on assigned programs or projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, providing technical guidance and serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Manage enterprise identity directories, including Workforce and Customer.
  • Oversee integration efforts between IDP and other platforms and services.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving high-severity incidents.
  • Engage in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external application support teams to enhance identity solutions through Active Directory integration, SAML, RADIUS, or other methods.
  • Provide 24x7 support as required for emergencies and planned maintenance activities, participating in a call rotation with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in identity and access management.
  • Proven track record in delivering functional, secure, scalable, and reliable identity solutions.
  • Ability to provide after-hours on-call support as needed.
  • Strong intellectual agility and hands-on technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to independently clarify and assess ambiguous issues to reach consensus.
  • Experience in developing architectural designs and implementation guidance documents.
  • Experience in training or mentoring diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • 3+ years of experience with Single Sign-on Technologies such as Okta, Entra, SecureAuth, and Azure AD.
  • 3+ years of experience with Identity Provisioning Tools from vendors like Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Oracle, RSA, or One Identity.
  • 2+ years of experience with PAM Tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Saviynt CPAM.
  • 2+ years of experience with multiple MFA methods and their appropriate deployment.
  • Experience onboarding new applications for both SSO and Identity Provisioning.
