The Administrative Assistant-FDE will report to the Manager- Community Engagement, NEO Experience and Onboarding. This role will be responsible for providing scheduling, staffing, communication, and office management for direct and indirect business partners across the Concord site.

Key Objectives:
Proactively maintain daily calendars; initiate contact and establish good working relationships with others outside of the work group to improve schedule coordination.Manage large, complex meetings, audits, recognition events, communication events at various locations and of various sizes. Assist in the planning logistics by calendaring, identifying/scheduling conference rooms, setting up equipment, ordering materials and/or catering as needed.Serve as key contact person for members of the Concord leadership team, helping to build relationships with direct and indirect business partnersEnsure regular communication with business partners both within and beyond the Concord site. Keep direct, open, and continuous communication channels with business partners.Prepare written communication, documents, and presentationsHolistic administration office management activitiesCreate and maintain group and distribution lists, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, databases, and collaboration sites.Process complex expense reports (i.e. multi‐currency) including reconciliation of corporate credit accounts used for business purposes in a timely and accurate manner.Assist with administrative tasks in pre‐boarding and onboarding of new employees and/or contractorsServe as a resource to the area by explaining corporate and departmental procedures.Handle additional administrative support or special projects as assigned.Potentially lead committees or teams, including members of various departments and/or componentsAttend various business meetings as needed to understand the business area and priorities.Acquire and apply appropriate levels of Lilly process and product knowledgeBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 or more years of applicable administrative support experience.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. It is for a fixed term position up to a maximum of 4 years.Preferred Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityProficient knowledge of Microsoft programsRecord and reporting capabilitiesProblem solving and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage complex schedules and prioritiesAbility to adapt to frequent changes in priorities, to manage multiple diverse tasks, to maintain accuracy, and to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and confidently with limited guidance from othersAdditional Information:Role is Monday through Friday.
