Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Concord. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our school, working closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless execution of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of school operations, including but not limited to, supervising staff, coordinating events, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and children, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, including but not limited to, mentoring staff, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a North Carolina level I, II, or III administration certificate, including but not limited to, criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
  • Knowledge: Possess knowledge of NC Licensing Regulations and Sanitation Requirements.
  • Experience: Have experience working in a licensed early childhood center, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
