The Vehicle Fleet Management, Senior Specialist will be responsible for working on multiple assignments and data reports with Fleet Operations and Maintenance Management and other TSD groups, including the garages. Specialist duties will involve maintaining various databases, SharePoint, and operational reports using tools, training, and safety measures. They will also be required to gather, analyze, and review SAP vehicle data and provide management and clients with benchmarking and KPI data. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will update and lead Fleet Operations & Maintenance Policies and Procedures. Lastly, they will create, design, and lead TSD Fleet Operations & Maintenance communications involving safety, operations, and newsletters.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright

Analyze SAP vehicle data information.Generate SAP reports and compare them to benchmarking data.Assess internal and external client reporting needs. Provide clients with solutions and decisions based on research and analysis. Lead and connect with clients regarding fleet performance and KPI updates.Support multiple Fleet Operations & Maintenance teams, including safety congress, meeting logistics, and updating documents and spreadsheets on SharePoint and databases.Update and lead Fleet Operations & Maintenance policies and procedures.Create and develop TSD communications, newsletters, surveys, and portal sites.Create and lead IGAM garage requests.The EssentialsFive to Seven years of experience monitoring and tracking operations performance, including clerical tasks and organizing/maintaining records.Experience performing ad-hoc analysis which includes gathering, analyzing and prioritizing relevant information from clients.Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.The PreferredBachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, management and other work units.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.You should knowThis position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
