We are looking for a CRO, Growth Marketing Associate Director or Director to join our team and play a major role in the development and growth of Bokksu's Marketing department.

You'll help us build the best conversion rate optimization (CRO) pipeline in the world.

As the Associate Director or Director of Growth, your goal will be to translate this important message by creating, maintaining, and optimizing a CRO pipeline of hyper-personalized landing pages against our many channels as a function of CAC and LTV.

This is a full-time role that reports into the SVP of Growth and can be based out of our NYC HQ or fully remote (with the ability to visit the NYC office as needed).

Responsibilities

  • Landing Page Automation - Write and create landing pages end-to-end with full page mockups utilizing creative, development and page-building resources ).
  • Generate Cohort Insights - Employ our marketing Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, current or new ones to illuminate deep insights among different cohorts while continuously monitoring customer data.
  • Test, Learn, Test - Build a roadmap for future A/B and multivariate tests based on advanced segmentation of datasets and user journey analysis.
  • Personalize It - Align landing page and CRO pipeline with personalization efforts across paid media and lifecycle using tools including our CDP (SimonData).
  • Great Data - Ensure analytics, tagging and web tracking systems are built to scale.
  • Own Your Domain - Lead team meetings sharing results, recommendations, road maps, and cross-functional best practices.

Skills

  • Write to Win - Copywriting skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions.
  • Love Statistics - Strong grasp of Bayesian statistics for A|B testing - makes decisions using data, such as customer insights, web analytics, CVR analysis, heuristic analysis, & UX/UI audits.
  • Build Pages - Regular use of Webflow or similar Page-Building Apps, CSS, and Responsive eCommerce Design Best Practices.
  • Be Curious - Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new skills.
  • Shopify-first - Managed a Shopify+ account/store & familiar with its ecosystem of apps.
  • Tools You'll Use - GA4, Heap, Google Tag Manager, Elevar, SimonData, Figma, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Asana.

  • 3+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing changes
  • 3+ years of experience with CRO, web analytics, UX, marketing, or similar work experience
